Cold Drawn Precision Seamless Steel Pipe

Description

Cold drawn seamless tube is a high precision seamless steel pipe which has undergone cold drawing or hot-rolling treatment. It has the advantages of no oxide layer on its wall, no leakage under high pressure, high glossiness, no deformation when cold-bended and no cracks when expanded and flattened. Therefore this product is mainly used for manufacturing pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as air cylinder and oil cylinder. Cold drawn seamless tubes can be divided into line, fluid, oil, casing, boiler, structural, mechanical, cracking, automotive, construction types and so on. This product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T3639-2000 and GB/T8713-88 standards.

Technical Features

1. This high precision seamless steel pipe has smaller diameter.
2. This product can be produced in small scale.
3. The finished cold drawn seamless tube has good quality surface.
4. The cross section area of this steel pipe is more complicated.
5. Inside and outside diameters are of high dimensional accuracy.
6. Due to cold drawing, the tensile properties of the steel pipe are increased.
7. The cold drawn seamless tube is available in a wide range of dimensions.

Application

The cold drawn high precision seamless steel pipe is widely used in the fields of motor vehicle, motorcycle, electric vehicle, petrochemical, electric power, ship, aerospace, bearing, pneumatic elements and low and medium pressure boiler. As a semi-finished product, the cold drawn seamless tube is used for production of steering systems, cardan shafts, shock absorbers and air springs, parts of the chassis, axle shafts, construction parts of chassis and axles, steering components, seats construction and bracing for dashboard.

Main components of this product include C, Si, Mn, S, P and Cr.

Steel grades of the cold drawn seamless tubes include 10#, 20#, 35# and 30CrMo.
